Since the Ontario Court of Appeal ruled in 2002 that same-sex couples can marry legally, they've been applying in significant numbers. Toronto City Hall continues to issue in excess of 10% of licence's to same-sex couples, reports Ric Tremaine of The Gay Toronto Tourism Guild!
